Community Advoacy
Justine has been involved in advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community for a number of years as a volunteer for Rainbow Families. She has worked on campaigns for the Census and anti-discrimination reform. She also advocates for greater understanding for neurodivergent communities.
Writing
Justine has decades of experience producing high quality written work for a broad range of purposes including submissions, policy and procedure, educational resources. Her freelance writing focuses on promoting awareness around accessibility, inclusion and social justice.
Speaking
Justine is available to speak to organisations about the experience of neurodivergent individuals, particularly around employment. As well as workplaces, she has presented at events such as the 2024 Australian Women and Leadership Symposium. She can attend in person in the greater Sydney area or by video-conference.
Mentoring
Justine mentors neurodivergent adults on work issues for The Neurodiversity Network and for those seeking support to navigate the post-diagnosis/identification journey. Mentoring programs are tailed to the needs of the individual and their communication preferences, wherever they are in the world.
Editing
Justine is passionate about working with community organisations, businesses and individuals to make their content shine and amplify their message. She can help with a wide range of document types including theses, submissions, correspondence, newsletters and educational resources.
